Post payment, a form will be sent to you to determine current areas of need, pain points, past exercise and medical history, and on going functional limitation
2. Set real goals, expectations and actionable steps
We will schedule a 45 min zoom call to run through a functional assessment to determine limitations, strengths, and weaknesses. Following that we will discuss findings, set goals and actionable steps to reach goals. We will also discuss nutrition and calorie ranges to reach goals.

3. Plan Creation
1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) from your initial assessment, Akanni will create your plan based on the findings and goals discussed.
4. Program Start and Biweekly Check In
Once the plan is sent, Akanni will check in bi-weekly via email to provide motivation and progress or regress exercies as needed.
