"Beast Mode," Mass Builder (E-Book)
An 8-week program geared towards those who want to increase muscle mass, overall strength and power! In the initial phase (Weeks 1-4) we focus on building general strength and burring fat by using traditional compound exercises with high reps. In the second phase (Weeks 5-8), we decrease the overall reps and start lifting heavier weights in hopes of packing on muscle mass. There are five exercise days and two rest days per week. At the end of each week there is a challenger for those who want to take their training to the next level!
