6 Week Booty Builder (E-Book)
This plan will help you develop strong defining legs and an eye-catching booty all while burning fat off your waist in the process! There are 4 exercise days per week with intermittent rest. In the three strength training days you will target the glutes and leg muscles utilizing various body weight and equipment-based exercises. Following the strength days will be a cardio day to burn some extra calories and shed fat.
*This plan only provides workouts for the lower body. It is encouraged to perform upper-body workouts on your rest days. *
